About The Author:
Mike Jacoutot is the President and CEO of Supplemental Health Care, Inc., a privately held national health care staffing company headquartered in Park City, Utah.with 30 offices throughout the United States. Supplemental Health Care is one of the fastest growing health care staffing companies in the U.S. with 40% growth rate year over year.
Prior to joining Supplemental Health Care, Mike was Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer of Randstad North America, a $1.4 Billion wholly owned subsidiary of Randstad Holding, a work solutions company based in the Netherlands. Mike oversaw the company's strategic accounts organization, strategic marketing, marketing communications and one of the company's largest operating divisions. Under Mike's direction and using the value creation strategies outlined in his book, his division and strategic accounts group grew their revenue 22% and 35% respectively.
Prior to joining Randstad, Mike served as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service for the Standard Register Company, a Dayton-based document managment provider. A four-time All-America wrestler while at The College of New Jersey, Mike culminated his senior year by winning the NCAA Division III National Championship. A strong and visionairy leader, Mike lead his teams to three national championships in four years and was captain of the 1981 championship team. Mike holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
